From your first enquiry to the moment your rug arrives at your door, here's what to expect when commissioning a custom piece.

Step 1

We begin with a conversation about your space, style preferences, and requirements. Share your vision and we'll guide you through the possibilities.

Step 2

Based on your brief, we prepare a detailed design proposal and quote covering size, materials, pattern, and timeline.

Step 3

Once you're happy with the design, a 50% deposit secures your commission. We brief our master weavers and production begins.

Step 4

Your rug is handwoven over 2–6 months depending on complexity. We share progress photos so you can watch your piece come to life.

Step 5

The finished rug is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped directly to your door in Australia. The final balance is due before dispatch.

Most commissions take 2–6 months from deposit to delivery, depending on complexity. We'll provide an accurate timeline with your quote.
